Now that the MRI picked up a meniscus root displacement on a MRI after surgery does that ean I need surgery again to repair the displacement?

I had a root canal on Friday. I had no pain or swelling in he tooth prior to the root canal. The dentist noticed I needed it during a routine exray.
Had ekg in emergency room. First one abnormal other two were normal. All other test were normal blood and chest exray. Heart rate high can be anxiety?
