Yes, however...: Yes, these are safe, though I notice Neurogen E has the cyanocobalamin form of B12 and methylcobalamin is better. Look for a B complex that has the L-5-MTHF form of folate instead of folic acid,as about half of people have difficulty converting folic acid to its active form. E is best as a natural form with mixed tocopherols (not just alpha tocopherol).Consider Ashwagandha, a herb good for nerves. ...Read more
