Perhaps, they could choose the medication they are going to suggest for the component of the pain but that's to the discretion and judgment of each physician who sees you and has to decide what to do conservatively while you look for a surgeon to take care of the problem once and for all ...Read more

Urate crystals are: Completely harmless. They are more common in the first 6 weeks in breast-feeding babies whose mother's milk supply hasn't developed fully. Make: Make an appointment to see your doctor urgently. If you can not get in, go to an urgent care or an emergency room. If the bleeding is accompanied by dizziness, weakness and fatigue you may be losing too much blood and be suffering from anemia.
It is crucial you get assessed. Your doctors treatment plan may include hormone therapy (such as the birth control pill) to help regulate your cycle. Also, in extreme cases, some doctors have reocmmended a Mirena (levonorgestrel) intrauterine device, as the hormone in this device is known to remedy heavy bleeding. ...Read more

You: You definitely need to alert your doctor regarding this issue. You may need a pelvic ultrasound and/or endometrial biopsy (biopsy of your uterus) to determine the cause of your bleeding.
Are you currently using birth control? If you are on the pill, or ring, this may be causing irregular bleeding.
Lastly, anemia needs to be ruled out.
Regardless you need to see your doctor for evaluation and treatment plan.
Good luck. ...Read more

The: The bottom line here is that if she has genital herpes, regardless of who she got it from or when she contracted it, you are at risk if you had unprotected sex with her. The emergency room likely did not test you for herpes because you had no active lesions, and in reality this is not an emergency, unless you were having a very painful outbreak. If you would like to know if you have contracted the herpes virus, you can visit your primary care provider and ask for a blood test, or you can wait and go for treatment if you get an outbreak.
I also must state that there are individuals that carry the herpes virus but never get an outbreak.
The choice is yours to make.
Best of luck. ...Read more
