Too much digging,,,: This might just be from too vigorous digging/cleaning that took away too much skin in there. Your fingernails might be too long or you might've rubbed too hard if you used an object like a Qtip, etc. As for that solution, it's supposed to reduce inflammation and likely isn't responsible for the bleeding/rash unless you have an allergy.
