I have multiple symptoms but dr has no answer head numbness off and on more with heat blurred vision off and on electric shock feeling through head?
Some possibilities: The electric shokc feeling is probably the most specific, and usually is a neuralgia, such as trigeminal neuralgia, which is a nerve pain usually with no known cause but can be treated medically, usually by neurologists. This can also be from multiple sclerosis. Numbness and blurred vision with a heat effect can also be from ms, so seeing a neurologist might be useful to rule this out. ...Read more

Mri shows medium size cyst at s2 (racepinephrine). Electric shock feeling at r hip joint when I turn my body to r or turn hip to l. Are both related? Any test to prove
Talk to your doctor:
The "cyst" is most likely what we call a "tarlov" or "perineural" cyst, and represents a dilatation of a nerve sleeve without consequence.
Your pain is likely related to a compression of a branch of the sciatic nerve, or possibly to right hip arthritis. You should be examined by your doctor. ...Read more

See your doctor.: Some people may experience withdrawal from meds including Anafranil (clomipramine) even at that low dose. I am not sure if your physician is cross-tapering you to an ssri. I assume you are being treated for ocd. If you began an ssri, then the symptoms should dissipate somewhat. If you had a thai massage w/ passive stretching, then you could have irritated nerves such as the sciatic one down the back of your leg. ...Read more
I feel electric shock sensation on upper left leg. No pain, just electric shock feeling. No injuries or back problem. What this could be?
I had a very strong electric shock feeling in my left arm in the middle of the night that made me jump up out of bed. My arm was tingling afterwards.?
Not worrisome: In and of itself, this is not too worrisome - probably you had your head angled in a way that a nerve root in your cervical spine became briefly compressed. That said, if the electrical pains and numbness persists and worsens, or (and especially) if you develop weakness in your arm somewhere (eg biceps) then a short steroid taper might help and an MRI of the C-spine may be warranted. ...Read more

Abnormal sensation: When these kind of feelings happened one time and does not happen again it is hard to say. It could be your intestinal movements which were little stronger than usual for some reason. If happens again and again then we might want to think of underlying pathology like mal- absorption with excess gas production or intestinal obstruction. Most probably it is nothing to worry about ...Read more
