See your doctor.: Some people may experience withdrawal from meds including Anafranil (clomipramine) even at that low dose. I am not sure if your physician is cross-tapering you to an ssri. I assume you are being treated for ocd. If you began an ssri, then the symptoms should dissipate somewhat.
