Elbow Pain After Fall
My right arm, wrist and finger fall asleep at random times, usually 2 or 3 times a day accompanied by finger and elbow pain. What could be the issue?
Neurologist: Most likely there is a nerve entrapment which could be in the elbow, wrist or possibly the neck area. Depends on specifics: One would need to know more about the reason for your pain. The elbow is a tricky joint. If you recently injured the elbow you might have an undiagnosed radial head fracture as an example. If you have compression of your ulnar nerve that would lead to a whole different type of treatment. Depends what it is: Seeing your doc will help to sort this out. But, it sound like you could have lateral epicondylitis. Hurts with gripping, grabbing, pulling. Sharp and/or dull pain at the lateral elbow. That radiates up into the arm and down into the forearm.
