Possible biceps tear: I would be concerned that you may have injured the long head of your biceps? I would check this out with an orhtopedic exam and possible MRI because if you did there is a relatively short time frame to repair it if is is only a muscle injury or spasm, it will probably heal over 4-6 weeks. ...Read more
