Time will heal: If you had the injury less than four hours ago, you may put an ice pack on it to reduce swelling. If it has been more than 24 hours, you may use moist heat packs to facilitate the reduction of swelling. You may take over the counter pain medication like Mortrin. Irritated an injury: well you aggravated your original injury. The swelling is probably related to increased bleeding and bruising. Keep the area clean, watch carefully for fever, increased swelling. If situation does not improve shortly see your doctor. ...Read more

With ovarian cyst daughter elbowed me in lower abdomen. Now having pain. Could that have caused the cyst to rupture? Need to go to ER if no bleeding?

Dry skin?: Apply moisturizer at the area at least 2x daily especially after bathing. Topical hydrocortisone cream for a few days may help. If problem persists, see dermatologist. ...Read more

I : I am very concerned about your symptoms. I would like you to see a neurologist and have a complete evaluation of your symptoms. Your symptoms sound somwhat like a concussion, but the duration is very concerning and you need a full neurological evaluation. If you are having this severe of symptoms then you should not be participating in any type of sports until you are cleared. In addition, you should see your ENT doctor again to re-evaluate your persistent injury. But seeing the neurologist is most important at this time. If you have worsening headache, visual changes, vomiting, weakness or numbness then you will have to be seen as an emergency. ...Read more
