Resting HR 120-160 found in notes I also have Left ventricular ejection fraction 52% been passing out a lot should I be worried/is this the cause?

The ejection fraction of 52% is still within the normal range; however, you are tachycardic at baseline, and the fast heart rate may overestimate your true ejection fraction as well as lead to heart damage.
