I want to use dexorange syrup for iron but I am concern about - whether it is veg syrup or non-veg syrup? I am pure vegetarian. I don't eat egg also.

Wouldn't advise it: If you use vinegar (regular, apple cider vinegar or pickling vinegar)as a hair rinse it will soften the glue that holds the nit to the hair & it will separate easier from the shaft. No adult males should take iron supplements unless proven deficient. Iron is a pro-oxidant that increases risk of disease and most men get plenty from their diet. Change to a multivitamin without iron.

I think you need: To be rechecked regarding your anemia...and possibly have a pregnancy test! If you had 2 eggs a day you would be surpassing normal cholesterol dietary intake by just eating the eggs. Not to mention if you are frying them that adds to damage.
