Could be: Swollen parotid (salivary) gland. Sometimes the duct that delivers saliva to the inside of the cheek can get plugged. If you notice dryness on that side when eating, that's a clue. There are also diseases that can cause glands to swell. Get checked by your doctor. ...Read more
