Just diagnosed with precancerous squamish cell cancer. On efudex (fluorouracil). What else should I do? I am male, balding, 64, live in ottawa, canada.
Easy to handle: Squamous precancers are called actinic keratoses and often (but not always) result from sun exposure. Efudex (fluorouracil) is hugely effective in changing their environment so they usually just go away without danger to you. They'll kill only if badly neglected. Here in the states, balding guys like to wear ball caps. Have somebody keep an eye on your head and other sun-exposed places as you'll likely get more. ...Read more

Try 3! Stop w/pain.: Efudex (fluorouracil) targets pre-cancerous skin lesions for destruction. It is common to experience redness, irritation and erosions with use, particularly at the pre-cancerous sites. Generally speaking, 3 weeks is the recommended course unless the pain from use is severe. Moisturizers are helpful but aquafor has lanolin which may cause an allergic reaction itself. Try vaseline if you experience this. ...Read more

See a doctor to reconfirm the diagnosis and advice different treatment. Several others are available. Good luck! ...Read more

Is there any other way to get rid of blue balls without ejaculating? Would any medication work? Could I just put ice packs?
Probably, but why?: I think you mean miconazole 3 combo pack. (If you use a dictation speech recognition system, like Siri, you need to read what comes out!) It probably wouldn't hurt to use along with gonorrhea treatment, but it might not be wise. What you think are yeast symptoms might be from the gonorrhea and you may not need the miconazole. Check with the doctor or clinic treating you for gonorrhea. ...Read more
