Unlikely: If you are allergic to blueberries, you could get hives from eating them. But, most people with food allergies have other symptoms in addition to hives, like vomiting, wheezing, or even anaphylaxis. Also, allergy to blueberries is quite rare. Is it possible to have too many antioxidants? I eat a lot of blueberries and am wondering if it can have a reverse affect?
OD on blueberries!: I certainly have never seen anyone over-dosed on blueberries, but i suppose anything is possible. Blueberries are good for general health, but having too much of one thing may mean you are not eating something else that are also important, such as leafy veggies, diaries, other fruits, meats/eggs, nuts etc...
