These are the things I am taking, korean red ginseng, multivitamen, fish oil, vitamen c, vegetable protein and loratadine tablets (for allergies). Are these alright together?

Yes: There are no adverse interactions between these things. Make sure you take a high-quality multivit. At least 1/3 of adults can't convert Folic Acid to the active form, l-5-mthf ; anxiety/high BP makes it likely you need a multivit that has the l-5-mthf form.
Also most adults need 5-8000 iu of d3 in fall ; winter months to achieve optimal levels- see http://bit. Ly/1ekkvkv ; http://bit. Ly/1dc7vna. ...Read more

Help plz! Can red korean ginseng really help with erectile dysfunction?

No published RCTs: RCT = randomized controlled trial. Peer-reviewed published RCTs are the gold standard to prove that something works. This is how Big Pharma goes about getting a drug approved by FDA. You can skip this by selling a compound as a dietary supplement (assuming you meet certain other requirements). In this case, you can make any claim you want w/o substantiation (evidence), much less proof of safety. ...Read more

My daughters and I are having b12 side effects headache, face redness, fatigue. Stopped 2 days ago, still fatigued. Can it be b12 induced hypokalemia?

No: You'd know. B12-induced hypokalemia is seen only when the medicine effectively treats a very severe pernicious anemia, with potassium being recruited for the new cells. Why are the two of you both taking the stuff all of a sudden? If it's on the recommendation of a "natural healer", the medicines may not be B12 at all. There are good, evidence-based holists out there -- please find one. ...Read more
