Not good!: Short term Cocaine causes the artificial release of a set of signalling chemicals in the brain that trigger subjective feelings of power and elation. These feelings are disconnected from reality, impairing judgment. Used up, the lack of these chemicals then causes a "crash". Eventually, the nervous system and brain falls out of whack on a long-term basis.

What effects do guarana and taruine from energy drink have on the human body?

What effects do guarana and taruine from energy drink have on the human body?

Caffeine ; calming: Guarana is a main source of caffeine in energy drinks, which is a natural stimulant. I am really not sure why energy drinks have taurine, which is an Amino Acid that has a calming effect on the nervous system ; does not make people feel energetic. My best guess is that because the first energy drinks had taurine all the others have it because people now expect energy drinks to have it! See comment:.

Listen to your body: It is a processed food. A high protein diet from processed food is acidic. It is best taken with lots of fresh green vegetables and fruit which provide fresh water. Good essential fatty acids are needed and slow carbs from anti-inflammatory grains. If taken in that way and it still causes symptoms, don't use.

Explain the short and long term effects of skin cancer on the human body?

Explain the short and long term effects of skin cancer on the human body?

None / Death: This isn't the best place to go for a homework question, but we're glad to help. A basal cell carcinoma on the face won't do a thing beyond growing inexorably. Neglect it, and it will destroy an eye, nose, and eventually grow into the brain. That's the end. Squamous cell carcinomas can spread to remote sites and melanomas do so even more aggressively. Effect depends on location.

How long does it take for side effects of radiation exposure (eg via CT scans) to show up in human body (God Forbids). Is it years or months?

With exposures: In the ranges of diagnostic imaging, lifetime effects are cumulative. The risks are generally very small and hypothetical, but that said, it would probably take a radiation induced cancer 20 years to become apparent. It would depend on the type of cancer as well.
