Nope.: Abdominoplasty will help with laxity of the abdominal skin and muscles, it can removed excess abdominal skin and fat, and any stretch marks contained in the removed skin. While I have had some patients feel like the abdominal tightening helped their low back pain, abdominoplasty will not help with a herniated disk, and is not expected to help low back pain.
