Just to add: If the 'obsessed' and phobia are truly upsetting, work with a therapist on developing healthier thoughts about these issues and developing some counters for upsetting thoughts may be helpful. While your eating habits and thoughts may not reflect an eating disorder, you seem to be saying that the ruminations are upsetting to you and may benefit from therapy. ...Read more
