Many reasons: Lightheadedness after standing up can be due to orthostatic hypotension if your resting BP is too low or you're dehydrated. It can also occur due to bradycardia, or slowing of the heart rate (HR). You could also have some vasovagal component. Take one at a time: Fibromyalgia can be associated with headaches, and if you have migraines, this may explain the eeg, but also consistent with focal seizures and prior head and/or neck trauma. The chronic nausea could be a medication rxtn, but also, due to GI problems, or even potential migraine equivalent. Need to get this all worked out. Get a neurology consult. ...Read more
