There is more to: this than the tests that you mentioned. There a number of labs to consider and there is such a thing as seronegative MG (all labs negative and doubt from everybody). In the cases of seronegative MG, a single finger EMG helps confirm the diagnosis. Not all neurologists are trained in single fiber EMG and the ones that are typically did advanced EMG training.
