See rheumatologist: Yes. At 24 to have those symptoms, even if you had been cleared for jra, you still have the chance to convert to adult RA that will not be as transient. The pain and flare ups you are having can be causing long term degenerative damage and the sooner you get this under control, the lower the long term consequences.
