Usually not possible: fever is present in almost all cases, could there be exceptions, yes, but also it could be something else other than serum sickness, hard to make a diagnosis or suggest treatment on this platform, you need to see her doctor or a doctor who can guide you well, ? Cold urticaria: There is no known cause of cold urticaria although there is a familial type. It is advisable to take an antihistamine before eating cold foods. I would recommend loratadine 2 tsp once daily to avoid this reaction on a regular basis. ...Read more

Sounds like: Hand/foot and mouth or a Coxsackie infection. Chickenpox starts on the trunk and spreads outwards. The blisters with hand/foot/mouth are on the palms and soles and in the mouth area. Treat fever and encourage fluids such as Pedialyte keep up with his hydration. Have him checked if is not feeling better. All the best. ...Read more

See a dermatologist: Are you SURE of the diagnosis? If it is from ivy, it is an allergic reaction which can appear only on areas of skin exposed to the sap from the plant. Why have you not destroyed the ivy? Why are you exposed? You can get relief with clobetasol gel. Get a 60G prescription.
