When is it safe to stop worrying about an ectopic pregnancy?  I have had no symptoms, but am only 4 weeks, 1 day pregnant and looking for reassurance.

When the US is done: If you have risk factors (prior ectopic, prior surgeries, endometriosis, pelvic infections, etc) an ultrasound is the best way to confirm an intrauterine pregnancy.
