So sorry: I presume you are still trying to get pregnant. Cramps usually get better after pregnancy. You did not sat which side the tubal was on. Of it ws the right you might have some scars and some pelvic floor pt might help. ...Read more

Yes, but...: It is okay to take this much folate, (folic acid) but it is usually only indicated in these doses in women with previously affected children with neural tube defects and on certain anti-seizure medications.
