Is it normal to experience light pain in the abdomen at 5 weeks pregnant? There's been no bleeding. I had an ectopic pregnancy 5 years ago.

Get an ultrasound: The problem with answering this question is the characterization and location of your pain. Your 'light pain" might have others, particularly males, screaming in agony, especially if you've had a baby already. If the pain is on one side or the other that's concerning; and not just for ectopic. Consider a psychiatrist if available, not because you r crazy but 4 best meds if needed, good luck. ...Read more

Hello. : Hello. Signs for an ectopic pregnancy can include pain or cramping in the lower abdomen, mild vaginal bleeding, pain with urination, pain with bowel movements or pain in the area of the ovary.
