Well....: Levaquin (levofloxacin) is not something i commonly prescribe for a dental infection. It tends to be very expensive and has some difficult side effects. Unless your dentist/oral surgeon/doctor specifically told you to take this (in which case i'm sure they have a good reason), i would see your dentist/oral surgeon and get a prescription from them.
