Cardiac MRI, CTPA, EGC 's, echo's, Chest X-rays, PET scan, blood tests, ECG stress test. All these tests, no diagnosis. Could something been missed?

Nightly tachycardia attacks (+-180)first is 5 minutes after falling asleep always. Go to emerg but done by then. Had holter, ecg, stress test. Advice?

Nerves twich & burn: It would be highly unusual to find these symptoms attributed to the heart in a 21 year-old. Damage or pathology involving nerves (peripheral or central) is the most likely explanation for these symptoms.
