May be hypoglycemic: You may be hypoglycemic. After eating processed sugars, you can have an Insulin spike that lasts longer than the sugars and it drops your blood glucose, low, leading to hypoglycemia and headaches. If you blood sugar goes up to say 150 after eating sugar, will it come down FASTER if you exercise right after consumption as opposed to being idle?
We need more information but it is possible you are getting Hypoglycedia after eating sugar as it raises your blood sugar and your body over reacts to it by producing insulin and that may be causing hypoglycemia
