Not realistically: There is a hydrazine derivative in some mushrooms called agaritine that binds to DNA and in ridiculously high doses produces cancer in a few animal models. I know no bioscientist who avoids mushrooms. Such chemicals are ubiquitous and unavoidable. Orange juice and pepper contain similar stuff and so does your own feces. Sushi contamination: People can get food poisoning from any fish that isn't fresh, just like they can get it from any food left out too long. Raw fish can also carry parasites, like raw meat can. That's why we learned to cook foods, one has to presume. I would say it is: unhealthy due to the amount of salt/brine that is used as well as any spice/preservatives for packaging purposes. You would have to convince me very well to eat canned tuna instead of fresh tuna, though I understand they are used for different purposes in cooking.
