Is it better to workout in the morning or at night? Is it true your metabolism is sped up the 1st few hours after exercising?
Is not eating anything after a workout bad for you? Some days I would lift weights before I slept, but ate in morning. Can this cause muscle atrophy?
It is bad for you: If you exercise by weight lifting, it is best to replenish the protein and carbohydrates you've needed in order to lift weights within an hour after stopping exercise. You're breaking down muscle by lifting, and consuming protein with some carbs to help absorb the protein in that first hour will help ensure adequate muscle repair and growth. Otherwise, you're just breaking down muscle for energy. ...Read more
I workout at night and sometimes I wake up the next morning feeling nauseous and a burning sensation in between the middle of my chest, why is that??
What time during the day is the best time to workout to gain muscle mass. Morning (empty stomack but eat after) afternoon or late at night?
Best time is anytime: Best time to exercise is anytime you can do so regularly. Worse time to exercise is forcing yourself to become an early bird when you're naturally a night owl (or vice versa). You should eat something (many fans of chocolate milk for post-exercise drink) after every workout regardless of time of day. Don't be overly aggressive early on & get burned out from frustration. Start slow & build up base. ...Read more

Diet: Your intake as described would be consistent with weight loss. My primary concern is you are not getting enough protein in your diet and not enough caleries for long term intake. Sprinkle 3 fruits, 4veggies, at least 3 tsp butter/olive oil and 3 servings milk (greek yogurt). ...Read more
Food: I would recommend a well balanced breakfast 30- 60 minutes before a 2 hour workout. 2 hours is a long workout and you want to make sure your body has enough fuel to sustain you. The meal should be high in protein, good fats, and quality carbohydrates which are very important for energy. Don't worry about the calories as much as the quality of the meal. ...Read more
