Hello, I read on a few websites that fenugreek and fennel seeds decrease the size of your breasts is this true? Please help I suffer from big breasts.
Should be: Up to 7 grams of fennel seed is considered safe for adults, although there toxicity is not well established. Fennel is often used to promote breast feeding. There is a case report of a child having neurotoxicity (the brain was affected) from the mother drinking fennel seed tea. This was not permanent. From webmd:"some birth control pills contain estrogen. Fennel might have some of the same effects as estrogen. But fennel isn't as strong as the estrogen in birth control pills. Taking fennel along with birth control pills might decrease the effectiveness of birth control pills. If you take birth control pills along with fennel, use an additional form of birth control such as a condom."

Doubt it: I haven't heard of that, but why is a 26 year old eating anything special for estrogen? If you have ovaries then your body levels of estrogen should be fine.
