What does weight gain tendency mean medically? Does weight gain relates only to wrong eating habits or we can gain weight without eating too much?

Too many calories: High blood sugar means Insulin is not transporting glucose into your cells. When blood sugar is controlled all the food you eat is getting into your cells. There is plenty of: evidence that high fat, high salt foods are unhealthy even though you are at normal weight. Too much fat, carbohydrate and salt can adversely impact your blood fats (cholesterol and triglyceride levels), blood sugar, blood pressure, etc, and increase your risk for future blood vessel problems, cancer and other problems.
