Food Poisoning: Vomiting is the body's response to food poisoning as it attempts to rid itself of the toxin or bacteria. I wouldn't suggest attempting medication at this time. Even something mild like Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Mylanta is likely to induce more vomiting at this time.
