No solid facts on it: Haven't seen good research linking certain foods to the tastes/smells of bodily parts or bodily secretions. GI symptoms can: be from anxiety or from some other things. Ask your doc for a referral to a gastroenterologist. That's the type of doc who specializes in GI issues. Perhaps not.: Your gerd may be based on lower esophageal sphinctal dysfunction - that is, the muscular valve between the esophagus and stomach doesn't close when the stomach is full or hard at work on roughage.
