Eat A Banana Makes Me Dizzy
I've noticed in the past month or so, that whenever I eat a banana, I get dizzy, headaches and stomache aches. Did I suddenly become allergic to it?
Woke up feeling dizzy. Drank a lot of water and ate a banana. And I feel like throwing it up. What is this?
Hey I had a banana and drank lemonade on top of it like half an hour ago but Iv been feeling dizzy ever since?
Unrelated: Your food/drink intake and dizziness are not likely to be related. In case you have not been drinking enough water, it would help to drink more. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
Allergy vs. Spasm: It is possible you may have a weird allergic response to the walnut it is also possible that eating the walnut may cause spasm of your facial muscles and this in turn can lead to the sensation of "dizziness". Sometimes people with jaw issues will develop dizziness from eating things that are chewy or crunchy.
Common sense?: Some gentle advice: if your car engine started making a whining noise and the car kept stalling out at idle and not starting at all on hot days, would you post a question on cartap about what kind of gas to put in it, or would you take it to a mechanic to find out what was wrong? Your body is just like your car: find out the cause first, and the answer will follow.
Low sugar: It sounds like you may have low sugar. You should see your doctor.
Hypoglycemia?: Two possible reasons--some peoples glucose bottoms out after eating before heading back up to normal. Eating smaller more numerous meals can help with this. Also--your blood flow redirects to your intestines for digestion after eating and this is what can make us tired and listless after eating. However, if this is constant, see your doctor for a fasting glucose test.
This warrants: Medical assessment.Get a more detailed answer ›
Hypoglycemia maybe: Are you diabetic? Use insulin? Sensitive to sugar loads? You could be suffering from hypoglycemia. I would recommend discussing with your primary physician to make sure you are not having bouts of hypoglycemia or orthostasis secondary to dehydration. Best of luck and I hope that helps!
Well: There are a multitude of causes. You are best to see your doctor. Give a very good history and start evaluating the possible causes one at a time
See MD.: Definitely abnormal. See MD soon to determine cause.
Can a drop in sugar cause dizziness, naseua, lightheadedness and no balance and what can I eat to help?
Yes: Dizziness, nausea, lightheadedness, and feeling off-balance can all be symptoms of low blood sugar. Try drinking a glass of milk or juice and see if the symptoms go away. If you have a blood glucose monitor at home, always check your blood sugar if you are having these symptoms. If they persist after a snack, a physician can evaluate the problem.
I can't eat raw fruits and veggies and lately I've been feeling very dizzy. I need to eat better and healtier. Any tips?
Tip #1: Learn to ask clearer questions. WHY can't you eat raw fruits & "veggies"? Do you have some kind of digestive problem or do you just have an irresistIble urge for cheese puffs and Pop Tarts? How long is "lately"? What do you mean by "dizzy"? Why do you think there is a connection between dizzy and not eating better & healtier?
I'm always dizzy and tired everyday. However I eat a lot but still dizzy. I'm single. What happen on me? What should I do?
The most common: Cause of tiredness and dizziness in a 21 year old woman is anemia due to iron deficiency from heavy menses. After that one considers anemia from other causes and metabolic abnormalities like diabetes or thyroid disease. A simple blood test might give you answers right away (I advise that you go to the clinic and have this done)See 2 more doctor answers
One day I didn't get the chance to eat lunch till really late that day. I felt really dizzy and I felt like I was to black out. Why?
I started getting dizzy when I started dieting. I admit I don't eat that much. Can that be the case? Also my vision goes kind of black when I get dizzy
Low blood sugar: Your symptoms could be the result of low blood sugar or just a low calorie intake. Not eating enough during the day can definitely cause these symptoms. You can become nutrient deficient. Also, if you aren't drinking enough water these symptoms can occur. Make sure you are getting enough calories and eating a variety of healthy foods.
