See your doc: Symptoms of inability to coordinate a sentence suggests encephalopathy ie brain changes. Ibuprofen ; Naproxen for instance in, rarely, some people could cause aseptic meningitis ie non infectious meningitis. Other possibilities could include herpes encephalitis from cold sores. I know beforehand that i'm going to say a sentence that is complete & grammatically correct but out of context and can't stop it. What is this?

Is he in school?: I agree, he needs a comprehensive evaluation to determine if he has a neurological, neurodevelopmental ( e.g., autistic spectrum or other) or psychiatric disorder. Ask your pediatrician for a referral to a specialist in whom he has confidence. Also, call child find for an evaluation of your son for eligibility for early childhood special education, which he can start asap based on levels of delay. ...Read more
