Early Symptoms Of Ibc
One breast suddenly bigger than before. I've heard of IBC but have no other symptoms at all. I'm waiting for a DR appointment, can it be anything else?
Very premature is a condition in which a baby is delivered between 28 and 31 weeks' gestation. Depending on how premature, how sick, and how lucky or unlucky a baby is, he can get brain problems, cerebral palsy, blindness, deafness, developmental problems, learning disabilities, severe lung diseases, infection and loss of some intestines, etc... Babies who are only moderately premature usually ...Read more
Need more info: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
Overall?: Inflammatory breast cancer, correct? In the past, it's been difficult to find statistics specific to inflammatory breast cancer, which is a relatively locally advanced stage and thus more ominous. The most recent statistic I could find is 35% 5-year survival, worse than other breast cancers but far from hopeless. Many other factors also contribute to prognosis. Be brave and cherish your life.
IBC: If by ibc you mean inflammatory breast cancer, you are young for getting the disease. However see your doctor if there is any doubt of a problem.
I have hemoglobin 10.6 (low).I have iron serum of 25 micrograms. Dl. Unsaturated IBC 358 High, Total TIBC 383 (normal) and % iron sat 7%. mean?
Unhealthy: You cannot expect us to give you any valid interpretation of labs when you only provide a few results. Your labs that you have shared represent that you are not a very healthy human. Your medical care and the interpretation of your labs should be urgently handled in person by the professional caring for you. The one that knows all of the details and your health history.
Unlikely,: It is possible but unlikely to have inflammatory breast cancer in both breasts at the same time. You may consult this site for information on this topic: http://www. Mayoclinic. Org/diseases-conditions/inflammatory-breast-cancer/basics/definition/con-20035052
Aggressive: Ibc is an aggressive form of breast cancer. It typically occurs in younger women, and often will present as a "pimple" or other infection, that does not respond to antibiotics. It can spread rapidly to the lymph nodes and other areas of the body, and usually is treated with chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation. Any change in your breast needs to be reported to your physician, not just a lump.See 3 more doctor answers
Aggressive: It is an aggressive form of breast cancer that presents with pain, swelling and redness of the breast instead of the usual painless mass. Requires intensive treatment with preoperative chemo followed by surgery and radiation. I usually scan patients with this to see if the cancer has already spread. If this is about you, you need to start therapy pronto. Don't despair, just get it going.
What does a low result for unbound IBC mean? My iron, transferrin saturation and IBC are all wnl.
Nothing: Reference ranges are set so that several percent of healthies arbitrarily fall outside. If you are otherwise well and have no signs of an iron problem on either end, ignore it.
Cbc is ok, but iron is 56, transferrin is 400, total ibc is 500, uibc is 444, iron %trans sat is 11. What could this mean?
Iron deficiency: Iron deficiency is often symptomatic long before anemia / abnormal CBC appears. Many physicians do not know this. Other body systems become iron-depleted and this may have something to do with why you describe chronic fatigue. I trust your physician has looked for ways you might be losing iron in additon to your monthly loss, and will replace as appropriate.
Is it normal to have large pores on your breasts? The area surrounding my aereolas has large pores about size of strawberry seeds. Sign of ibc?
Yes: They're not pores but glands of montgomery. Normal, even men have them only very small.
I have hemoglobin 10.6 (low).I have iron serum of 25 micrograms. Dl. Unsaturated IBC 358 High, Total TIBC 383 (normal) and % iron sat 7%.IS it IDA/ACD?
Need more info: A hemoglobin of 10.6 is low or an adult. The serum iron of 25 is also low as is the percent saturation. I like to do a ferritin level also. Ladies who are menstruating should be on iron replacement at least on the days of their menses. Please speak to your physician about iron preparations. Good luck.See 1 more doctor answer
