Are sneezing, abdomial cramping and thick white discharge signs of early pregnancy?

Are sneezing, abdomial cramping and thick white discharge signs of early pregnancy?

Probably not: That combination of symptoms does not suggest pregnancy even though they might be present in pregnancy. The major signs to watch for are fatigue, urinary frequency, and breast tenderness, and possibly nausea.

My period is almost 2 weeks late, im having allergy like symptoms for example I cant stop sneezing, is this a sign of pregnancy?

No: Nasal congestion may be associated with pregnancy but not usually sneezing. But you should still check for pregnancy- not because of the sneezing but because of the late period

4wks3days pregnant started sneezing out of no where. And been sniffing for a day now. Is it common to have runny nose and sneezing in early pregnancy?

Yes: Even in the absence of allergies, pregnancy may be associated with nasal symptoms presumably from the progesterone. However the usual complaint is nasal stuffiness If you are sneezing in spells and itching then pregnancy may just be an aggravating factor to an existing allergic problem.

I am 6 weeks pregnant and having continous sneezing. Whether this affect my pregnancy?

Sneezing: Continuous sneezing shouldn't cause problems, but sometimes this can put pressure in the pelvis when something called a valsalva movement occurs which may although very unlikely cause bleeding.

Is it normal to have vaginal discharge during pregnancy? Sometimes when I sneeze it comes out and feels like I've peed on myself but it's discharge.

Is it normal to have vaginal discharge during pregnancy? Sometimes when I sneeze it comes out and feels like I've peed on myself but it's discharge.

Yes: The high hormones that your body produces during pregnancy causes increased discharge. Women are also prone to yeast infections during pregnancy, as well as other causes of vaginal infections. If there is itching, irritation, sores, or an unusual odor, or if you have had a new sexual partner, see your gyn asap.

Can I take any cold meds during pregnancy I know there is no cure for common cold but I am always sneezing and nose is constantly running and I'm raw?

Can I take any cold meds during pregnancy I know there is no cure for common cold but I am always sneezing and nose is constantly running and I'm raw?

Yes: I give a list of medications that are safe to take during pregnancy for a variety of conditions. In general it is relatively safe to use pseudophed, tylenol (acetaminophen) cold, benedry, afrin or neosynephrine nasal spray and plain robitussin. However, not knowing your other health problems this is just a general list.

I am 5 weeks pregnant and when I sneeze I get severe pain in my lower abdomen and little cramping this is my 2nd pregnancy?

Ligament pain?: Could be a number of things causing your pain - it could be a ligament, or some scar tissue if you had a c-section. It is likely something muscular or soft tissue - if it persists, see your physician.

Never had allergies, I am now in second trimester with a stuffy nose, sometimes itchy eye and sneezy but no other symptoms. Could I have developed allergies. If so is this only during pregnancy?

Never had allergies, I am now in second trimester with a stuffy nose, sometimes itchy eye and sneezy but no other symptoms. Could I have developed allergies. If so is this only during pregnancy?

Possibly: It might be congestion with pregnancy, or just mild viral upper respiratory infection, causing itchy eyes and sneezing, nasal congestion that occurs during pregnancy is common, and more towards the last trimester, relieved after birth, wish you a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby

New problem: Abdominal pain is not necessarily due to IBS, even in people who have it. A number of different problems can cause your symptoms. You need to see your physician for an evaluation to find the cause (and the treatment)

I stared sneezing very often lately. No other symptoms except excessive nose stuffiness. What could be wrong?

Allergy: The symptoms suggest allergy. You may try a non sedating antihistamine like loratdine or cetirizine. If they are not helpful you should see your doctor. A symptom diary can help determine the cause.

7M baby on prescribed loratadine with persistent dry cough for 10days, no other symptoms. Coughs ~20 times/day (couple times 2sec each). Few sneezes.

Viral?: Coughing is not uncommon after a viral infection (such as a cold) and may last for weeks in some cases. If the cough is triggered by laughing or exertion, asthma needs be ruled out especially when there was a history of eczema or asthma in the mother. Post-nasal drips can cause a cough also but the lack of response to Loratadine makes it a less likely probability.

See your Peds: If cold symptoms persist see your Pediatrician, if this is a cold that is most likely viral and medication is not needed. You may want to keep your child's nose clear with saline drops and possible gentle suctioning with a nasal suction bulb.

Approximately 7% of babies are not delivered by 42 weeks, and when that happens, it is referred to ...Read more
