Early Morning Stomach Ache
For the past six months or so i've been having a constant stomach ache. However, its only in the early mornings. I do eat breakfast, I do get sleep.?

You may also have a generalized infection, such as the flu or strep throat, that affects many parts of your body. The intensity of the pain does not always reflect the seriousness of the condition causing the pain. How come recently for the past few days I've been feeling nauseous/ having a stomach ache in the morning and at night? What could it be?
I was told to take strattera (atomoxetine) in the morning & ritalin if i need it. Side effects should I expect? Told i would only have worry about stomach aches.

Acid?: Lots of things can cause stomach aches but many people have acid related stomach aches after an overnight fast. Does eating in the morning relieve your symptoms? If so, a trial of some Tums (calcium carbonate) or ranitidine at bed time may help.
