Prerimenpause: You definitely could be pregnant although fertility rates at your age are definitely decreased. Most likely premenopausal. I would take another pregnancy test of no menses with the next week. Start tracking your period as well in case becoming less frequent. You should have a medical workup. There are treatments that may help you, but it is important to closely establish with a good primary care doctor. I am glad that you had hormone testing, but you may need thyroid studies, blood glucose testing, and other types of testing. Yes: They have overlapping symptoms. Best to do now is to replace the b12 which is easily done. Once level is normal, you can take b12 def off the table and see what other symptoms remained. ...Read more
