Hi.I blew my nose too hard and I my ear got blocked. I almost felt like I had a stroke because I found things moving.

Call her Dr.: If you are truly concerned about pneumonia, possibly aspiration pneumonia, etc. Than she would need a chest x-ray. At 100 years old and with a history of tia's/strokes and worsening function, it sounds like she will need some nursing care at the least.
