Both my ears are consistently ringing andif I put my head completely under water they hurt, almost feels like I get a brain freeze what could this be?

Nope: At age 24 its unlikely that you would have a brain tumor. However, Pseudo-tumor, in a 24 year old lady, is not all that uncommon. A lot of issues: You have a lot of symptoms. The most potentially serious one is that you have trouble breathing. It's hard to tie them all together.
