If an external ear infection occurs, simple remedies like vosol (acetic acid and propylene glycol) otic with hydro-cortisone (vosol (acetic acid and propylene glycol) (acetic acid and propylene glycol) is like vinegar) are helpful. Most likely pressure: buildup from being "plugged" for a period of time. Or you may have an infection, or fluid buildup behind your eardrum from allergies. Or you may have a nerve inflammation from viral or bacterial infections elsewhere. Actually, yes: Could be migraine. Haven't heard enough of the story to be sure. Migraines often change with menopause. That includes even restarting at menopause in someone who had very few in her younger years. Perhaps visit with your primary doc as a starter. ...Read more
