Is it gastroenteritis, cdiff, or celiac disease when diarrhea is accompanied w/low grade temp, head/bodyaches, egg smell and yellowish/greenish stool?

No steroid: The description of a foul smell points to an infection. I would not put steroid creams or ointments like cortisone on it as they may worsen the infection. If you are going to try anything at home try an antibiotic ointment and an antifungal cream. See your doctor!: Foul smelling pus from a wound is very likely infected. If it hasn't healed in a week, much less 3, it isn't likely to heal without antibiotics and a bedside surgical procedure to open and clean it.
