Not likely: If a black spot has been on your ear for a few years it's probably scar tissue or related to pigment changes from past infections or scratching it. It's probably not infection so I don't think you have to worry about it spreading into your bloodstream. Very common: For lymph glands to swell up or enlarge when you get a cold or an infection. At times it takes much longer for it to resolve.
