Have ENT evaluate: There are different causes for that fluid collection, including ear trauma, perichondritis, and relapsing polychondritis. If this is a fairly recent development, having a board certified otolaryngologist (ENT) evaluate and possibly drain it may prevent future cosmetic deformities on the ear. Ear cartilage dislocate? I get terrible pain outside ear. Very painful to touch and move jaw. If I pull my earlobe a bit it will pop and pain stops.
Ear pain: if you have had some sort of trauma or surgery it may be possible for the cartilage to click or pop. However it sounds more likely that you are have issues with your TMJ or hinge joint of your jaw. That is located in that area.
