For the future if your daughter is complaining of moderate to severe pain, she is uncomfortable, and possibly has a fever then you can take her to an urgent care since most doctor's offices are closed on weekends. If she does have an ear infection, this can be very painful and antibiotics should be started as soon as possible. Also, childrens tylenol (acetaminophen) or advil can be given for pain.

Hello, : Hello, some people tend to hold their tension in their upper back and neck muscles. You are obviously aware that there can also be tension in the muscles of the head. I recommend that a few things to start off with. First, you need to become aware when you are tensing your neck and upper back muscles and consciously try to relax them. Consider a simple but powerful technique. Breath in slowly through your nostrils. Lift your arms upward so that you can fully fill your lungs with air. Hold for about five seconds and then begin to exhale slowly through your lungs. When done about 12 times, this can greatly relax your muscles. You might also consider medical acupuncture or massage therapy to start decreasing some of that tension. Good luck. ...Read more
