I started gyming few months ago, now my trainer reffed me to use myofusion elite protein shakes. I have heard that some shakes contains steroid.

Protein supplements: are urged by many trainers...and they may be helpful in some if used cautiously. I recommend you eat your high protein meal within 2-3 hours of training, can be before or after. www.otwithmd.com. ...Read more

My weight is 74 kg n I do one hour of exercise to lose the fat how much protein I need for that plz tell n I'm female also ? How much protein intake

Helpful rule: If you're trying to put on muscle, take a gram of protein per kilogram that your body weighs now. If you're just exercising, maybe 2/3 of that.
