Cervical cancer (or pre malignant changes) can happen at your age. By now you should be getting Pap smears and HPV test per standards of care. Concern for cancer: People do have concerns about dying but in your age group ovarian cancer is very rare as is cancer in general as your immune surveillance is better than that of older individuals.
