Severe allergic rhinitis doesn't tend to be treated sufficiently with an antihistamine and saline and environmental controls (filters, no carpets), though they help. Allergy shots are the only method to "cure" you of allergies, and you're young so i think it would be worth it for you. 2nd opinion: It is highly unusual to get a pfr of 700 at any time even for a healthy person nearly 7 ft tall. You are on a pretty high dose of inhaled steroid and i wonder whether your "asthma" is considered under control.
